Analysis was conducted on the Industrial Conglomerates industry to measure relative performance to find stocks that have underperformed. Relative underperformance is a possible bearish sign of underlying fundamental and technical weakness should it continue for an extended period of time. We looked at yesterday's price action of all companies in this peer group and measured their performance against one another.

Tyco International (NYSE:TYC) ranks first with a loss of 0.78%; 3M (NYSE:MMM) ranks second with a loss of 0.62%; and Danaher (NYSE:DHR) ranks third with a loss of 0.58%.

Philips Electronic (NYSE:PHG) follows with a loss of 0.51% and Carlisle Cos (NYSE:CSL) rounds out the bottom five with a loss of 0.49%.

Tyco International Ltd. provides security products and services, fire protection and detection products and services, valves and controls, and other industrial products.
