Bottom 5 Performing S&P 500 Stocks (TXT, BAC, RDC, TER, AKS)

Below are the bottom five performing stocks in the S&P 500 INDEX,RTH. These companies should be watched over the next several days for further underperformance.

Textron (NYSE:TXT) is the worst performer, falling 13.49% today, below the S&P 500's decline of 1.38% thus far. Just behind are shares of Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), which is down 5.78%.

Rounding out the list of decliners are shares of Rowan (NYSE:RDC) and Teradyne (NYSE:TER), which are down 5.32% and 5.11%, respectively. Finally we have AK Steel Holding (NYSE: AKS) which is lower by 5.05% on this day.

Textron Inc. is a global, multi-industry company with operations in aircraft, defense, industrial products, and finance. The Company's products include airplanes, helicopters, weapons, and automotive products. Textron's finance division offers asset based lending, aviation, distribution, golf, and resort finance, as well as structured capital.

Textron has overhead space with shares priced $25.39, or 22.3% below the average consensus analyst price target of $32.67. The stock should run into initial resistance at its 200-day moving average (MA) of $26.57 and subsequent resistance at its 50-day MA of $29.48.
