Lowest PEG Ratio in the Systems Software Industry Detected for TeleCommunication Systems (TSYS, ALLT, BMC)

Below are the three companies in the Systems Software industry with the lowest price to earnings to growth (PEG) ratios. PEG is valuable in assessing the tradeoff between the price of a stock and expected growth. Generally, the lower the PEG, the better.

TeleCommunication Systems (NASDAQ:TSYS) is lowest with a PEG ratio of 0.62. TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. develops network applications that enable the delivery of Internet content, short messages, and enhanced data communication services to a variety of wireless devices. The Company's wireless Internet gateway enables wireless carriers and enterprises to provide customers and employees with real-time, wireless access to Internet content and e-mail.

TeleCommunication Systems share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $2.70 and a 52-week low of $1.10 and are now trading 95% above that low price at $2.15 per share. Over the past week, the 200-day moving average (MA) has gone up 0.8% while the 50-day MA has declined 0.9%.

Allot Communications (NASDAQ:ALLT) is next with a PEG ratio of 0.76.

Finishing up the bottom three is BMC Software (NYSE:BMC), with a PEG ratio of 0.88.
