Shares of Cedar Shopping Centers Rank the Highest in Terms of Relative Performance in the Retail REITs Industry (CDR, KRG, EQY, REG, RPT)

We looked at the Retail REITs industry and measured relative performance to find the top stocks. Relative outperformance is a bullish sign of underlying fundamental and technical strength. We look at yesterday's price action of all companies in this peer group.

Cedar Shopping Centers (NYSE:CDR) ranks first with a gain of 3.61%; Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE:KRG) ranks second with a gain of 2.49%; and Equity One (NYSE:EQY) ranks third with a gain of 0.81%.

Regency Centers (NYSE:REG) follows with a gain of 0.78% and Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) rounds out the top five with a gain of 0.70%.

Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. is a real estate investment trust. The Company has investments primarily in multi-tenant, supermarket-anchored shopping centers and drug store-anchored convenience centers.
