Stock Investors Bid Up Shares of Electronic Arts, Up 2.4%

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:EA) is one of today's biggest movers, up 2.4% to $18.64. The Dow is up 1.1% to 14,283 and the S&P is currently up 1.1% to 1,542.

Electronic Arts share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $26.13 and a 52-week low of $10.77 and are now trading 73% above that low price at $18.64 per share. Over the last five market days, the 200-day moving average (MA) has gone up 0.4% while the 50-day MA has advanced 1.1%.

Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:EA) defies analysts with a current price ($18.64) 9.8% above its average consensus price target of $16.81. The stock should discover initial support at its 50-day moving average (MA) of $15.65 and subsequent support at its 200-day MA of $13.79.

Electronic Arts Inc. develops, publishes, and distributes branded interactive entertainment software worldwide for video game consoles, personal computers, handheld game players, and cellular handsets. The Company also provides online game-related services.
