The new iPhone is here. Apple's Phil Schiller took to the stage to reveal the iPhone 5. The smartphone will now have a 4 inch screen, a half inch larger than the iPhone 4S. It will also be 20% lighter and 18% thinner. The phone will run on the 4G LTE network where available as well as have an enhanced camera for still photos and video. The biggest anticipated change though is the new connector called Lightning. It is eighty percent smaller than the three pin connector and will not be compatible with other accessories without an adapter. The iPhone 5 will start at $199 for the 16GB model, will be available for pre-order on September 14th, and will go on sale September 21.
